TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to My DJ Live App.
By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you disagree, please do not use the App.


1. Introduction
My DJ Live is a digital platform that connects DJs and audiences, allowing users to request songs, tip DJs, and more.
The App is available on iOS and Android, with secure payment processing through the Stripe platform.


2. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
DJs using the App must comply with local music licensing laws and ensure they have the necessary rights to play
requested songs.


3. Account Registration & Security
Users must create an account with a valid email, or phone number.
DJs must create a Stripe account through our App My DJ Live via a link to start earning and receiving payouts.
Users and DJs are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.
Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to [Support Contact].


4. Song Requests & Payments
Users can request songs in real time using the App.
DJs have the right to accept or decline requests at their discretion.
Paid requests are non-refundable unless the DJ does not play the requested song.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe only when the DJ marks completion.
In case the tip is more than 5 times the song request price, the processing fees will be deducted from the initial
payout of the DJ, which is 2.9% of transaction value + 30 cents per transaction.
Stripe will maintain a secure hold of the funds until the request has been marked completed.
If in case the request is declined or not completed in the given time frame for the DJ, Stripe will handle the refund
for the user.
Any disputes regarding song requests must be reported within 24 hours of the event.


5. DJ Earnings & Payouts
DJs receive 100% of their tips and a portion of song request payments, minus applicable transaction fees.
The App My DJ Live will charge a certain percentage of DJ earnings as platform fees.
Payouts are processed through Stripe and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in the DJ’s account.
The DJ has 15 minutes to accept the user request and has to process the request within 20 minutes.
The App is not responsible for any income tax obligations on DJ earnings.


6. Privacy & Security
The App does not store payment details; all transactions are handled securely by a third-party payment provider
Stripe.
Personal data is collected in compliance with our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle and protect your information.


7. Prohibited Conduct Users and DJs agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal activities as per local or federal laws. 
- Submit offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content without permission.
- Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or DJs.
- Manipulate song queues or requests in bad faith. Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App’s functionality.
- Violations may result in account suspension or termination at our discretion.


8. Refund & Dispute Policy Refunds are only issued if the DJ does not fulfill a paid request.
Disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.
The App will review disputes on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to make final decisions. Payouts are processed through Stripe and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in the user's account.
If there is a chargeback, the DJ will take care of it, not the App My DJ LIVE.


9. Limitation of Liability The App is not responsible for the content played by DJs.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to possible technical issues or external factors.
The App is not liable for monetary losses, damages, or disputes arising from user interactions.


10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and branding within the App belong to My DJ Live and may not be copied or used without
permission.
DJs are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to play requested songs.


11. Modifications & Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified of significant changes.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


12. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
Users may delete their accounts at any time via the App settings.


13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and local States (part of the United States
Of America).
Any disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in [Jurisdiction].
